Heya bl. I felt achy on the implant all the way though. It only stopped when my levels dropped to bout 800. I think with implants your body gets so used to the higher e. when was your last blood t done? Are you able to top up using gel? A 75 one is a high e implant to use first off. Normally given to ladies who haven't achieved good levels on a couple of inserts of 50. X

if you get tachyphaxis this very very high oestrogen level switches off your oestrogen receptors thus tricking your body into having full on menopause symptoms..that what happened to me on one 50mg implant...i went from 200pmol to 2800+ pmol and then back again 10 weeks..a hellish journey
you usually dont go higher than 1500 in a natural cycle and obviously you dont stay at this level with a natural cycle too
I know lades who are on implants and do very well on them but the trick is not to let your body go too high and to have lower and more frequent doses to avoid big drops. best to have lower doses and more frequent insertions than big doses every 6 months
x implants usually take around 3 insertions before your body starts to hold onto the oestrogen properly.x
