Sounds really good Lainey.
Did you have to fight your dr for the implant originally?

Until recently, I'd never even heard about testosterone implants, certainly not something my gp has talked about.

The only HRT that apparently was on offer (until I badgered them with info from everyone here) was Elleste Duet (awful) or after much persuasion Evorel Sequi patches (not much better)

Be interesting if what's available depends on where we live.

I'm in rural wales & it really seems at times as though I'm the first woman in the surgery to have ever asked for HRT
(thinking about it, I probably am...)

Lainey had an awful time which she bravely down plays. I rfecall her saying she suffered o badly from flushes she couldn't stand at the supermarket till. She has really been through a lot and I was happy to help.

i had a bad experience with the e implant and got tachpylaxis...the fall out was awful...i will post myful story tomos too. hopefully it will help someone out there...youve done fab lainey x

I am still getting round to reading things on the forum, having only been on here for a few days and have just come across your story. I am so sorry to read what a hard time you have had and at such a young age as well. I'm glad you have found away through this and pleased that you had Jacks to support you.

It's such good news for surgical meno ladies that they have managed to source some of the testosterone implants from abroad. It must be a huge relief for you.

It makes me more than cross when they suddenly withdraw products from the market that women have come to depend on.
