Hi Ladies
Does anyone else feel really rubbish in the mornings?
Most days i feel anxious, tingly, awful in general. Sometimes it lasts all day.
I hoped HRT would help, but hasnt yet??

Hi Stumpy
I have always felt rubbish in the morning, has't really been a menopause issue for me. There have been various theory's about it, one is that I have until meno (it's now normal) always had low blood pressure which in the UK is not considered to be a medical problem.
Also that it. Is something to do with 'blood sugar levels' being low first thing.
Maybe you have some of that going on?
No easy answers to any of it are there hun

Its horrible isnt it Pinky?
Every afternoon/evening when I am feeling fabulous I think to self, right am going to be great tomorrow, but mostly it doesnt work that way.
I havent been on HRT that long though really, so maybe that will help more soon.

Hi Pinky Am on Femoston 1/10 I wa on the 1/10 for 3 months, changed up to the 2/10 for a month as felt on the edge a bit & have now gone back onto the 1/10 so have maybe asked for trouble swapping up & down so soon? Have started having periods again too (non since Dec last yr) so maybe thats why. I think its mostly down to chopping & changing. I will try that though, any excuse for a lie down Stumpy xx

Jacks
I have been sent a bloods health check from my GP they are doing Renal, Liver, Glucose, Lipid profile and FBS whatever the heck that is. There is a box for TSH if I put a tick in that does it means they will do a test for my Thyroid?
There is also B12 folate, is it worth me ticking that box as well?
I have always felt rubbish in the morning. The word that bests describes it is groggy.

Thanks. I will start with this, hope they don't get he hump with me doctoring the form, but I have to start somewhere. Then maybe sort out something more comprehensive myself. I'm following the other thread on thyroid to get the info I need.
