Just seen my new physiotherapist and she is very interested in menopause so I told her about this forum and she is interested in it.
She was telling me that she often recommends estrogen cream for women and apparently the doctors refuse to prescribe it

She says it helps strengthen the vaginal tissues and helps alleviate atrophy. A very together lady in my opinion.I told her I started using it when I found the cysocele and she said "good"
