I know of several people who have used this including my husband. If anyone wants a UK supplier I have an email of a person who is quick and reliable in sending out the product. It has been great for my husband and another male friend who suffered post surgical insomnia found it a life saver. Jacks

I use melatonin occasionally, but I can get it on prescription from my GP. To be honest, I've never really found it that beneficial for hormonal insomnia, but that's just me. It could be really helpful for someone else. It's also one of those things that more is not necessarily better. I believe the maximum dose should be about 6mg, with the best results being with 2-4mg.

Maybe that's why I've never found it that useful. I don't take zopi, but I do take diazepam, so maybe one day when I can stop taking that I might find the melatonin works better.
