Teresa Gorman has done quite a bit to raise awareness about hormones. In the link she takes apart a Cancer Research director. In Teresa's biography she speaks about Margaret Thatcher. Apparently Dennis was petrified of an accidental pregnancy so Mrs T remained on the pill until she was 65 and then started HRT.
I bet nobody would have refused her testosterone ;D

	FemSeven Conti patches (am I the only women in the world that can get these to stick ?) Vagifem 25 mcgs twice a week until the barstewards discontinue them and I have to use about 5 of the 10 mcgs - fat chance of me remembering that !!!
