Hi
Yes i get this, like boneache. also in legs too sometimes.
Do you take HRT?
I read that estrogen can cause magnesium deficiency. I have been using magnesium oil spray on legs, its helping.
Also helps you sleep too.

I don't get achy feet, but I have had a sore left ankle (I can actually feel a painful spot if I press on it) for months now. I know I should mention it to my doctor, but I always forget when I see her because I'm always banging on about some other problem I've got.
I suspect that it could be a touch of arthritis maybe, that could be a result of a very bad sprain I had when I was a teenager. I've always had a slight weakness in that ankle, and would have an occasional flare up of pain in it, so maybe it's just age catching up with me. I do take magnesium everyday, so not sure if that is the problem.

I had an implant nearly seven months ago and suspect my level has dropped. In waiting for my latest blood result to come back.

Yes, I have been getting this lately. I work on my feet so I am not sure if it's just bad shoes (recently got new ones for work) related to peri/meno or just plain ageing. It's always somethin' Ugh.

a low dose of DHEA is excellent for preventing this type of pain. Jacks

Lainey On Sunday I tripped and banged my elbow really hard - a large black bruise appeared almost immediately and I had pain shooting through to my fingers. I thought this is going to be painful for a few days but hours later it didn't hurt a bit and still doesn't. Jacks

Ive had this on and off for about 10 years, maybe a bit more. The start of my peri-manopause triggered it I am sure.
I just assume it is part of my oesto arthritis.
It is a weird feeling and quite unpleasant, sometimes it feels like I still have tight shoes on, when I have nothing but slippers on my feet.
Odd how a lot of us seem to have got it when we are going into Autumn/Winter. I'm sure the change in the weather patterns can bring on joint pain & then as the temperatures and humidity stabalise the joints calm a bit.
Guess it is what Dr's call a flare-up for want of a better term.
Sitting here now with my right foot throbing a bit. Grhh!
