The very idea that Black Cohosh is a 'natural product' and is therefore purported to be great for us has always seemed laughable to me - tons of women seem to take it thinking it is a superior alternate to HRT - talk about a triumph of marketing over truth.

How many women are born with Black Cohosh herbs coursing through their body? A big fat ZERO. How many are born with oestrogen? All women. It's a no brainer really.

I keep meaning to join the Daily Mail forum so that I can reply to all the ignorant posters who post complete cr@p about HRT, most of whom seem to be men ( fixated by horse urine and never having heard of estradiol ) and women of about 12 who seem to want to shout 'get over it' to all 50 plus year olds.

I wish any of those women with that sentiment the menopause from hell PSML.

FemSeven Conti patches (am I the only women in the world that can get these to stick ?) Vagifem 25 mcgs twice a week until the barstewards discontinue them and I have to use about 5 of the 10 mcgs - fat chance of me remembering that !!!
