Am new to this Board and would like some advice regarding the coil and HRT. I ve been having sleepless night/hot sweats for 6 months now. I have the Mirena Coil for heavy periods (past two yrs) and am wondering what sort if HRT I should go on. I certainly don't want my periods to return. I ve been period-free for 2 years now because of the coil. Oh, snd I'm 50 this year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
