Hi and welcome to Menopause Support International. I am the owner of this forum and am assisted by Jacksfullofaces our Global Moderator. I am three years post menopausal and right now am considering running screaming to my doctor for some estrogen. I have aching joints, belly fat, swollen boobs and hot flushes that leave me dripping. I have tried to have a natural menopause but enough is enough. I will keep you posted.
In the midst of this menopausal mayhem I am raising a miniature baby parrot called Obi with my partner. I love baking cakes, reading online news, watching films, taking long walks, pottering in the garden and spending lots of time online looking for the perfect pair of jeans.
