Serum oestradiol levels

Hi everyone, any comments appreciated on the following. I had a blood test and my serum oestradiol levels are 107pmol/L and serum progesterone 1nmol/L, I havent a clue what this means, I actually had the tests for a different condition, I am using 2 pumps estrogel per day and generally use one month on utrogestan and 1 month off dur to side effects, I have had issues with only having sporadic bleeds due to my intermittent use of the utrogestan so I had a vaginal scan and the endometrium lining was ok, the scanner said it was thin, I think 2.3. I know I have got to get into a better routine with the utrogestan, anyway now 200mg utro is not available anymore so my doctor says I should take x2 100mg utro capsules days 15 to 26 of each cycle, I am very worried about the side effects but when I tried taking 100mg for 7 days as suggested by prof studd I did not get a bleed, I use the utro vaginally and don't tell my doctor. I have not taken utro for 2 months and want to start fro November, has anyone got any suggestions that would give me a bleed but limit the side effects of utro ie extreme tiredness (not being able to work properly it's so bad). Also I think because I havnt used the utro for 2 months at present I am even having more hot feelings, bad irritability and generally feeling awful, maybe I have unbalanced my hormones, does anyone know what my readings mean, grateful for any input and how others are getting on.
